More delicious in this...

A little while ago my husband suprised me with something I had been pining for - a Le Crusete plunger...

And I tell you no lies..... coffee tastes better being made in it :)

Brunch = happy!

A few weekends ago we had brunch with Ryan and Wella - we are finding eating out much easier now as we can bribe Ollie with some chippies and he is happy while we eat :)
We went to food lovers which has a delicious breakfast (my favourite meal)...

My mothers day...

My mothers day was a good one....
On saterday we celebrated with Mom and dad brits as sunday was going to be a busy one - we went and made breakfast for them...

 Then Lolly went for a ride in Nan's wheelchair...

 On sunday was was awoken by my two best boys, Mike had tea in his hands and Ollie has a pressie for me - He had decorated the card himself :)

I got very spoilt.....

We were on church duty yesterday so there were no other plans besides that - next weekend I was promised a coffee / breakfast date somewhere which I look forward to :)

Being a mom has been the most humbling experience of my life... I cant imagine life without my Ollie!

The best slushy maker ever!

This is my new favourite toy! My husband was gracious enough not to sigh (too loud) when I said "I NEED IT"

 This was some ice coffee that turned into a coffee slushy in about 5minutes - DELICIOUS!!

It is fantastic - we have done milkshakes, yoghurt, fruit juices - its the perfect pudding :)

Voting day...

Yesterday was voting day for our provincial and national elections - we voted to say our piece.
We started our day with breakfast out...

 

 Mr love stealing some of our chips and noshing them!!

And then came the playtime - we now sit outside right by the play area so we can take turns to play with lolly while the other one watches.... he LOVES it!

 

I got to sit and watch my two fav boys play while I drank some delicious coffee...

Then we voted, took us 5 minutes! What a pleasure.

 

Wimpy - my favourite place in the world gave all voters free coffee :)

Best part about yesterday - we got to spend the day with Lolly instead of being at work!

For the love of music...

Mike LOVES music.. I enjoy it but he LOVES it and wants to pass his love for music onto our son. He often brings out his guitar before breakfast on weekends and him and Lolly jam!

I love these two... our little family!!

Mr sore...

What a week it has been - my folks left for a month holiday and the day before they left Lolly got a little sore on his chin.... day later he was swollen so much he couldnt even smile properly.
Sickness why do you come when the grandparents are away - it is to make me stronger or to annoy me? BUT after two sleepless nights, a trip to the doctor, two lots of medication and a precious babyshower we could not attend due to Lolly being contagious he is doing MUCH better!

Poor mr monster!!
