smashing dinner....

Mike and I love egg and bacon, I will have a "breakfast" for lunch and dinner if I could and sometimes when the mood allows I make it for us for dinner.... like last night! I was dreaming of egg and bacon at lunch and thought this is what we are having for dinner! I did however add something that is mikes favourite - a homemade hashbrown....

It was delicious - not the healthiest meal ever but totally worth the fat rolls afterwards :)
We enjoyed it while watching some "Bones" - a good way to end the day!!!

Yesterday I spoilt myself with some delicious lunch and coffee.....
The coffee was amazing, latte's are my favourite!! and the salad was so fresh - soy ginger, coriander and pea salad!

What a nice treat!!

I love this kid. I cannot believe he is ours!
He is not well at the moment, kept us up all night, I lost patience with him, felt bad and then remembered i am human and need my sleep so I kissed his feet and said sorry! There is nothing like that feeling of guilt when you loose patience with your child.... but i am who i am and by no means perfect!!!

Having said that even though he is really sick he is still so good (besides the not sleeping thing) and on sunday I had some fun with my camera taking picutre of him!

He has the most prefect eyes!!

Ollies first party....

Yesterday we went to Olivers first party - his friend Sam turned 2! The only thing is Ollie has been sick... he has a viral infection so he wasnt the happiest little guy - shame!!!
He had a little nap there but just wanted us BUT we had fun anyway!

 There was a baby swing there.... Ollie thought it was a huge game when he swang to me and i kissed him and then he swang away again!!

A long day, a sick boy and a fun party equalls sleep time in the car!!

We look forward to many more parties with this little one.... The best part is he is too small for a party pack - so dad got it :)

Top tots...

We take Ollie to top tots every saterday and he LOVES it.... he sees some friends, sings songs, plays etc - and we always find he is so alert for the few days afterwards - its amazing!!
