YES it can! I made it for pudding last night and it really was delicious - 70seconds in the microwave and done. I added a little piece of chocolate to the center of the batter before cooking and I recon that made all the difference!

I know Wella makes this often and mastered the recipe.... this chocolate one is a perfectly balanced recipe... now I have NO excuse to spoil Mike with pudding whenever he wants :)
