Last week mom and dad rescued us and took the kids for one night
so Mike and I could have some time just the two of us. We have had coughing
kids for so long (I will explain later) that I was starting to go a bit mad and
this night away was SO needed.
We spent the Thursday night at Kingfisher lodge which is
close to work so no traffic at all the next day, we went out for dinner,
strolled around gateway holding hands and just had some undivided us time – it was
such a ray of sunshine to me!
I love Mike to bits and I often miss time with him.
It felt like a mini honeymoon!
