Date night...

On friday night Ollie slept by my folks and Mike and I had a date night for the first time in 6 months!! This was my boy chilling when I packed his bag...

and then appeared Eyeore....

This was his bag all ready to go...

Oliver LOVED sleeping by his che-che and pops and they loved having him... there has been talk of my parents wanting ollie to sleep every friday night... I think it will be awesome for him and for us!
Mike and i have been lacking quality time HUGELY....

So for our date night we seriously debated ordering take aways and getting into bed but the desire to actually go on a date won and we dressed up, I put on heels and make up and Mike put on a button up shirt... we went out for sea food... had a full night sleep and managed a decent sleep in! Life is good!

Cheers to many more date nights.... some going out and some with take aways in bed!!

Splish Splash....

Our precious boy had his first swimming lesson on saterday and he LOVED it!!
His little legs kicked and his little arms splashed!!!

 We of course stopped for a second to have a picture taken.... daddy wanted a few smiles!!

 

I think we have a waterbaby on our hands.... in fact i KNOW we have a water baby on our hands!!
I think we are going to be spending plenty of afternoon in che-che's pool!!

BIG boy....

Ollie is getting so big, he can now drink his bottle all on his own :)

I cant belive he can hold his own bottle already!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tiny little pool....

On the weekend we bought Ollie a little pool - I had visions of him and I splashing in this pool until we opened it....

 I hadnt read the measurements and didnt know it was SO small - Oliver cant even lie down in it :)

 BUT baby boy loved it so it worked out well.... he really LOVED it!!!

Precious husband!

Last night I read something in the car and it gave me the hugest headache!!! The headache seemed to turn into a migrane (which i NEVER get) and i was man down....
I got home, showered got straight into bed and Mike made me dinner!

He made me a open, healthy version of a burger!! MAN IT WAS AMAZING!!

I love this man.... Love him so much!!!

On track....

I have been trying to loose my baby weight for a while now and I have made a good dent.... I was chatting to a friend of mine about weight loss and she said she wants to loose weight and wants to join weigh less - I thought YES - lets do it together - so we started last week... i weighed in on saterday and was delighted to have lost 1.8kgs! The food choices are amazing and it is plentifull which is so lovely.... we can go out and i can choose to have a healthier meal and still stay on track!
I love it, its awesome and i look forward to this week!!

After i weighed in Mike and i went for breakfast with Ollie.... I had to pop out to get him a new dummy and mike sent me these pictures while i was shopping!
