We have been spending as many sunny days at Ushaka as
possible – the kids (and us sometimes more so) LOVE Ushaka and between the
water park and the aquarium we have the best time.
We got platinum passes which allows us into the park at
anytime for period of a year and then we are called to renew them. It’s a bit
pricey if you only use your cards a few times a year but we have gone enough to
warrant the cost 3 times over and are saving monthly to cover the renewal cost
for which we get a discount each year. We don’t have a pool or a huge garden so
this is a wonderful way to utilise our entertainment monies. We can pop to the
beach and then rinse off at the water park OR if the weather is horrible we can
grab a coffee and take a walk through the aquarium.
We went to Ushaka on Sunday again – the weather was
wonderful BUT these photos were from last weekend when we went and the weather
was a bit chilly hence us going to the aquarium first.
I got me meet a seal last weekend which was very cool... I
am now gunning to meet a dolphin – I recon my chances are quite good as we can
try again and again!
