Yum Yum pizza!!

Hmmmm, last night we made pizza at home instead of going out and man it was GOOOD! one R8 packet of dough made 6 pizzas how cool is that!!!
I chopped everything up and got all the ingredients ready!

 I learned that flour is very important in the rolling out of the dough... rolled it nice and thin so it cooked crisp!!

 And to work i got...

Kate came for dinner and i promptly put her to work too :)

 ... all the while mike was playing with Kate's Ipad....

Kate did such a good job rolling out the dough so i left her too it - i think the manual labor made her a little nuts though :)

 So funny!!! She didn't even know she had flour on her face!!

 Mike was being too lazy while we were slaving in the kitchen so we put him to work and asked him to hang up the washing!! He did it with a smile...

We made a starter pizza to tied us over until the rest were done and it was delicious! Garlic, feta and some cheese...

 oooops alone the way we got distracted and were looking at Kate's Ipad - mike stole a pic of us jabbering away while the pizzas were a cooking!

 Back to pizza- this was the favorite of the night - spinach and feta pizza!! its so quick and easy that this will definitely now be a quicky weekend meal!

These plates were very well recieved!!

 We took some celebratory pics... (check out the photo bomb in the background - Hawaii 5.0 was on pause)

 Then we decided to check out what the TV dude was checking out....

... and then i gave him a little smooch!! (mike didn't mind)

 We will DEFINITELY do this again!!! and the night ended with a kiss!!
