LIVESMART follow up!

On Friday we went for our livesmart follow up and we were very happy with the results!!! After our detox and all our supplements we could SEE such a huge difference! She showed us our blood when we went to her initially and on Friday both of our blood was vastly different - so amazing to see!!

So all our hard work was well worth it....

I am going back for another check up in 2 weeks and keen to see what my progress is from here on out!! 

as of now we are still on detox / healthy eating mode even though i can see mike is getting over it - i will TRY my best to keep him on track!!
